brings SAFE HOME to the marketplace!
As Real Estate professionals it is our responsibility to provide our customers and clients with every opportunity for a financially stable home life for their family and loved ones. Keller Williams since inception, has been a leader in the Real Estate Industry on so many levels. More than any other organization Keller Williams understands that in these uncharted economic times, we need to do more and let our clients know we understand their circumstances.
Across South Florida we are seeing:
What's missing? "Consumer (buyer) Confidence". At a time with broad inventory and phenomenal pricing, many buyers have not returned to the marketplace because of concerns over the unstable workplace.
Today we are offering SAFE HOME to the South Florida marketplace.
SAFE HOME is the private label version of "Homeowner Education & Loan Protection" (HELP) offered by The Rainy Day Foundation.
Homeowner Education & Loan Protection (HELP) The Rainy Day Foundation provides financial protection to homeowners for life’s unexpected events. And to assist in creating and maintaining financial wellness, their communication approach to education and counseling is unique and effective. As a result of HELP, homeowners typically reach out to The Rainy Day Foundation even before they miss a payment and certainly before it’s too late. Communication and Relationship Building - We reach out to home buyers within 72 hours after receiving an enrollment application to introduce ourselves, explain who we are and ensure they understand the services that are now available to them. Pre and Post Mortgage Counseling - At lender’s request, home buyers are provided with an effective approach to preparing for homeownership. Our follow-up counseling demonstrates a realistic view of their current expenses and the creation and implementation of their specific personal savings strategy. Out-bound Personal Phone Calls - Continuing for the first six months of mortgage payments, we call new homeowners to review the services that are available to them, to gauge their current financial state and to validate that their mortgage payments will be made on time. On-going Communication and Education - Before the homeowner’s first mortgage payment is due, and continuing each month for up to two years, we provide sound financial tips and informational resources to assist the homeowner in maintaining financial stability. In essence, we build positive relationships with homeowners, who recognize us as people who truly care about their financial well-being and who know who to call if a difficulty should arise. Today the number one reason for mortgage defaults is loss of employment. This is why our involuntary-loss-of-employment coverage is such a tremendous benefit, protecting homeowners from the very thing that can put their households into financial crisis. Six months of mortgage payments – Qualified homeowners who experience involuntary loss of employment will receive up to $1,800 or $2,500 per month (PITI) for up to six months coverage.
